How do I know my order is confirmed?
Once you’ve completed your purchase, we will send you an order confirmation email.
Please check your junk mail or spam folders if you can’t find it. Otherwise, contact us via our Contact Us form and will send you a confirmation email within 24 hours.
How do I store my jewellery?
Keep your items in a dark, cool and dry place. Sterling silver naturally oxidises over time when exposed to elements, the best prevention for tarnishing this is to store it in a sealed bag or airtight box when not being worn.
Try to avoid creams and sprays directly on your jewellery pieces as they are susceptible to damage from the chemicals in perfumes, lotions and body oils. We recommend putting on your jewellery last.
Do prices ever change?
The dynamic nature of the global supply chain, inflation, and the volatility of raw material costs, particularly those of precious metals can exert an influence on our pricing structure.

Shipping & Returns
How is my order shipped?
All orders are shipped with FedEx or DHL from the United Kingdom. Orders placed on Monday to Friday will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
How long does my order take for my order to ship?
UK Orders
For delivery within the UK, all orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. Shipping time is subject to delays, depending on the carrier.
International Orders
For international shoppers, all orders are shipped within 7-14 business days. This is also subject to delays depending on the carrier. Customs duties may apply.
For all international orders, please note that the consumer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs.
What is your return policy?
We currently only offer refunds for our jewellery pieces under certain circumstances, such as when the items in question are deemed unsatisfactory or unfit for their intended purpose. Each case is subject to an investigation, following which a decision will be made regarding the eligibility for store credit as a form of refund.
We aim to provide the best service and maintain great quality of all our pieces but in the unlikely event you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to contact us promptly via email at info@yemora.co within 72 hours of receiving the package. We will do our best to meet your needs and resolve any issues.
Warranty and Care
Do you offer a product warranty?
We offer two-year warranty on all Yemora jewellery. We want you to be a 100% satisfied with your product. If not, we are committed to replacing any product with any manufacturing defects or tarnishing during this two-year period at no cost at all.
For any items that cannot be replaced, we provide our customers with store credit or an exchange. Contact us if you have any questions on what is covered under warranty.

How do I care for my jewellery?
- We highly recommend that you store your jewellery individually so that they do not rub together, scratch or tangle. You may store it in a sealed bag or airtight box when not being worn.
- We advise using a soft cloth to gently wipe away any surface impurities, followed by the application of mild diluted dish soap to remove any residual contaminants. After cleansing, rinse your jewellery piece with warm water and ensure that it is thoroughly dried before storing it in the provided jewellery pouch.
- Be careful not to place jewellery in direct sunlight as prolonged exposure can cause gemstones to fade and lose their colour.
- We recommend that your jewellery does not come into contact with water, chemicals or perfumes on a regular basis to refrain from tarnishing long term. Gently dry your jewellery if it come into contact with water.
